The Apostle Peter said as a follower of Jesus, we are to always be ready to speak up & tell anyone who asks why we’re living the way we do and answer with respect & courteously.  So what do we say to people who have questions & even doubts abouts our faith in God? Let’s look to Jesus’s encounter with Caiaphas for some answers.  

Did you know that there were only two times in the Bible where Jesus was amazed? Both times it had to do with faith. Let’s look at what amazed Jesus.

Do you know the exceptional qualities that God has placed in your life? Let’s see what they are & how they can work in our lives, so we can influence the culture we live in. 

What do we do when the culture around you is changing & compromising from what you believe in God’s Word? What do we do when the culture around you wants you to bow to it? Daniel & his 3 friends were in the same situation. Let’s learn from their response!

The world we live in is shifting drastically. How does a follower of Jesus not compromise? Let’s look at Daniel & his three friends for our answer.

Sometimes it seems like the world is getting worse & worse. Sometimes its hard not to have the culture we live in swallow us up. But Jesus tells us how we can be influencers in the culture & in the world we live in!

Our mouth can take us down a slippery slope that we don’t want to down. Gossip can run us right off a cliff! Let’s look at how we can use our words to help others instead.

Our words have power – power to take life or give life. We can use our words to tear down or to build up people. let’s take control of our words, that shape our future!

Our words can build up, or they can tear down. They can hurt, or they can heal! There’s a lot of power in our words. So why do we complain? What the real problem? What happens when we complain?
